c) Playtest related information such as full name, email address, phone number, country of residence, Device details (model, OS, device ID, logs), referring employee name and employee ID.
d) In relation to the Playtest: gameplay behaviour and interaction data, including- number of sessions played, session duration, choices made during gameplay, areas where you progressed smoothly, points of difficulty, user drop-off, exceptional gameplay events, crashes, freezes, error events, latency or device performance issues other gameplay patterns.
e) In relation to the Playtest: feedback, suggestions, survey responses, and qualitative input shared by you.

Use of your Personal Data
In relation to the Website, we use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
a) To provide better usability, troubleshooting and Website maintenance

c) To understand your interaction with the Playtest, including which features or areas you access, how frequently you play, your progression, drop-off points and general behavioural patterns
d) To conduct technical and diagnostic analysis, including crash logs, error reports, device information, performance metrics, latency, network quality and system stability
e) To perform gameplay analytics, including in-game actions, achievements, playstyle, areas of difficulty and feature usage
f) To improve, optimise and personalise our eCricket game based on feedback, suggestions, gameplay data and technical insights obtained during the Playtest including for refining game design, difficulty, UI/UX, controls, stability, overall experience, and to enhance the final game build
g) To ensure the integrity and security of the Playtest, including preventing fraud, misuse, unauthorised access, cheating or activity that may harm the game environment or other participants
h) To generate aggregated, anonymised or de-identified data for internal research, reporting, quality improvement and product development (without identifying you personally)
i) To comply with legal obligations, government directions, court orders, or to protect our rights, the rights of other participants, and to ensure adherence to applicable law
j) To manage data retention and deletion in accordance with applicable laws to ensure your Personal Data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above and deleted thereafter unless retention is legally required

In relation to the Playtest:
a) Provide authentication and access to the Playtest (with Explicit Consent)- We authenticate your identity, create your account, and enable access to the Playtest based on the consent you provide at registration.
b) Manage and administer your participation, operations, updates, maintenance, technical support (with Explicit Consent) - We process your Personal Data to operate the Playtest, manage your sessions, provide updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functionality.
c) Understand your interaction with the Playtest, features used, frequency of play, progression, behavioural patterns (with Explicit Consent)- Behaviour and usage analytics are collected solely with your explicit consent to understand how you engage with the Playtest.
d) Technical and diagnostic analysis, crash logs, error reports, performance metrics, latency, device diagnostics (with Explicit Consent)- Necessary to ensure stability, security, quality and performance of the Playtest. We process only what is proportionate to maintain system integrity.
e) Gameplay analytics, actions, achievements, drop-off points, playstyle, areas of difficulty (For Legitimate Interest and Legitimate Use)- We analyse your gameplay actions and in-game behaviour based on your expressed consent to improve game design and balance.
f) Improve, optimise and personalise the Playtest, refining game design, difficulty, controls, UI/UX, stability (For Legitimate Interest and Legitimate Use)- Required for enhancing the quality and performance of our eCricket game. We only use the minimal data needed and balance our interests against your privacy rights.
g) Ensure integrity and security of the Playtest, fraud prevention, anti-cheat measures, preventing misuse (For Legitimate Interest and Legitimate Use)- Essential to protect the game environment, prevent harmful behaviour, detect cheating, and maintain a fair and secure Playtest experience.
h) Generate aggregated, anonymised or de-identified insights (Not Personal Data)- Once data is anonymised or aggregated, it no longer identifies you. Used for internal reporting and product development.
i) Comply with legal obligations, governmental directions, court orders and protect our legal rights (Legal Obligation)- Required to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requests, investigations, or to establish/defend legal claims.
j) Manage retention and deletion of Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws (Legal Obligation)- Necessary to fulfil statutory requirements regarding how long data must be stored and when it must be deleted/anonymised.
